An educationist looking for opportunities in leadership development in the field of education by promoting an environment where every individual has equal respect and chance. I am passionate about changing society through education by helping the teacher teach and learn at the grass-roots level. I want to work with teachers to develop creativity and higher-order thinking skills to increase the performance of the students and learn as much as possible from all of them. I have worked for a couple of years in school with non-tribal and tribal students, where I demonstrated leadership in cultural activities, school processes, and managing events as a team leader. I succeeded in building healthy leadership practices in the classroom and in the school environment. For the last year, I have been exploring an international school where I am dealing with LSRWVAP (i.e. listening, speaking, reading, writing, vocabulary, accent, and pronunciation) with a bit of phonics in the light of foundational English. Even deal with the SEL of students on a regular basis.
