As a Quality Engineer at CEMCON CASTING PRIVATE LIMITED, I apply my mechanical engineering knowledge and skills to ensure the quality and reliability of various products, such as fabrication, electro-mechanical, rubber, and HVAC systems. I perform quality audits, inspections, tests, and reports, following the standards and specifications of the clients and the industry. I also collaborate with the production and design teams to identify and resolve any quality issues, defects, or non-conformities, and to implement preventive and corrective actions.I have over four years of experience in the inspection and quality field, working with different types of products and materials. Previously, I was a QA/QC inspection engineer at JCL INFRA LIMITED, where I was responsible for inspecting and verifying the quality of railway bridges, culverts, and tracks. I have a Bachelor of Technology degree in Mechanical Engineering from Deenbandhu Chhotu Ram University of Science and Technology, Murthal, and a railway diploma from the Institution of Permanent way Engineers. I am also certified in Lean Six Sigma White Belt and Marine Auxiliary Machinery. I am passionate about learning new technologies and improving my skills in quality engineering and mechanical engineering.
