My Role:- Collaborating cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders, clients, technology teams, and third-party vendors for each Software Development Life Cycle(SDLC) using Agile Scrum/Kanban methodology/framework. -Managing program scope, schedule, budget, and quality, while effectively mitigating risks and issues.-Responsible for overall quality and timely delivery of solution requirements matching to business expectations / needs driven under GCP(Global Clinical Practice), CLIA and RUO(Research Use only) guidelines.- Conducts root cause analysis, creating Agile Metrics present to Stakeholders, Facilitating Steering Meeting and Commitments calls (Scrum of Scrum), Creating RAID(Risk, Assumption, Issue Dependencies) metrics. -Conducts continuous improvement analysis, creating delivery metrics for solution performance against product SLA’s.

• Handling AGILE based Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and having full fledge exposure Budgeting, Risk and Resource Management, Staffing and CAR expenditure.• Handling and tracked Digital & IT Transformation Projects with applicable Metrics/KPIs, compliance & communications. • Managing program scope, schedule, budget, and quality, while effectively mitigating risks and issues.• Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to develop, manage and evaluate different programs considering client needs, service delivery interrelationships and service potential within a complex environment.• Driving process improvements within the business unit to enhance project performance.• Strong relationship management skills, building trust and integration with customer operations teams to define and align customer impact data and service ownership. • Tracking the core delivery metrices, budgets and cost for the project and successful delivery of the projects. Developed customer-first project goals while scoping and document project requirements.
