Working closely with company Founders, Sales, PMs, OEM, HR, Finance teams to strategically plan and execute organizational goals and vision.

Responsible for managing and heading the analytics vertical consisting of various professionals and consultants at Glorious Insight. My key responsibilities were to consult various enterprises on their Data and analytics solution needs, managing team operations for both HQ and client site deployed resources, client consultation, solution designing and implementation, project management, technical support and troubleshooting, continuous improvement, latest technology trends, pre sales and business development support.

Worked for a leading global Management Consulting Company as solution Architect for end to end MSBI implementation for various projects while working with various Business stakeholders.I was responsible for implementing and heading the business analytics solution which would help them evaluate the employee activity, employee performance, employee productivity, leakage time, ideal time etc for various BUs, Verticals, Clients, processes etc. in Near Real Time for more than 50K employees along with historical trends and analysis of employee and process productivity using MSBI based advanced analytics solution.Along with this, I was responsible for implementing and heading the MSBI based business analytics solution which would track and evaluate the transitions of projects, within the organization, giving 360 degree insights on efficiency of transitions, transition costs, project go live trend, revenue generated, status of projects and other relevant Transition Metrics for various global locations, processes, BUs.

Worked with leading companies in industries such as battery manufacturing, electrical manufacturing, fashion, retail, and logistics, focusing on business intelligence solutions. Designed and implemented end-to-end BI solutions that enhance insights into CRM analytics, employee performance, and logistics, impacting strategic decision-making. My expertise includes using both cloud-based and on-premises technologies like Power BI, MSBI, and Azure Cloud Modern BI platforms. In this period worked as individual contributor and front ended the team in few projects. My responsibilities included development, requirement gathering, solution consulting, business interaction with IT heads and IT team, leading BI team, etc.

I worked alone on "Augmented Vision Perception using Long wave infra red images" as project trainee under my guide who holds the position of Sc. E, -Assisted and Worked alone on a current research in DTRL DRDO Lab, New Delhi.-Completed the Project Successfully-This was one of the two final year projects that i submitted in my University. -Made Engineering Design of my In-campus Hardware Project.

Did my B.tech in ECE(electronics and communication) branch and was a proctee under the school Dean.I did above 30 projects(hardware, software and research based) in a team of 3 in each subject as a part of project based learning in my university.
