Ensuring that goods are stored, and delivered in a timely and cost-effective manner.Leading a team of logistics professionals, including supervisors, coordinators, and warehouse staff. Providing guidance, training, and support to ensure a productive and motivated workforce.Establishing and maintaining relationships with logistics service providers, carriers, and suppliers. Negotiating contracts, monitoring performance, and resolving any issues or disputes that may arise.Developing and managing the logistics budget, including forecasting expenses, monitoring costs, and identifying opportunities for cost savings and process improvements. Ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards. Managing risks associated with logistics operations, such as transportation delays, product damage, or inventory shortages.Identifying areas for process optimization and efficiency enhancement. Implementing best practices and innovative solutions to streamline logistics operations and enhance customer satisfaction.Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of logistics operations. Generating regular reports and presenting data to management to facilitate informed decision-making.Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including procurement, production, sales, and customer service, to ensure smooth coordination and alignment of logistics activities. Communicating effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners.

Maintaining Order Cycle Time and ensuring timely servicing and material delivery to the dealers and sites. Managing warehouse operations and monitoring working and productivity of CFA manpower. Managing and negotiating with Vendors and key stakeholders. Budgeting and tracking Overhead expenses and Proposing capex requirements of warehouse and office. Tracking and ensuring timely renewal of statutory licenses and complainces applicable for warehouse and office operations. Monitoring safety parameters to provide safe working environment at warehouse and office premises.

Handling and Resolving Customer issues via Call, Chat and Mails. Preparing and Sharing Daily,  Weekly and Monthly Reports with the team.Identifying and flaging suspicious accounts
