• Replenishing exclusively car parts not meeting conformity standards (both logistical and quality objectives) while ensuring accuracy and compliance.• Responsible for Sales order creation, SAP Purchase Order (PO) creation for replenished car parts orders.• Managing the appropriate transport channels for replenishment car parts depends on the production timeline.• Actively coordinating between the internal spare parts division to create internal orders for urgent parts and address line stoppage situations.• Working under PPC project: forming a programming logic in excel VBA platform between set values and part stock.Project Work : • GLC model export-USA project (2019): Played a pivotal role in the GLC model export to the USA project, taking charge of managing damaged car parts claims for both logistics and quality control to facilitate replenishment orders effectively.• PPC Set Value Automation (2018): Engaged in a joint effort with the PPC department to develop an Excel-based Production Set Value Automation Project. This involved creating a sophisticated programming logic within Excel to connect set values with part stock, current Work-in-Progress (WIP) models on the line, kit shipping plan and the part shortage list. Implemented solution significantly improved PPC’s ability to efficiently plan both short-term and mid-term production cycles.• Qlt-Log Notifications Dashboard (2018): Implemented an Excel dashboard for replenishment notifications, utilizing SAP dump data to visually represent non-conforming part information for logistics and quality analysis. This streamlined solution drastically reduced manual work from 1 hour to just 10 minutes, enabling quality and logistic departments to efficiently analyze part failure rates.
