Supply Chain and Operations Team

- This was a six weeks intensive live project on E-comm Operations. -Worked to develop a model that would help predict the Purchase Orders related on regular intervals for the E-comm partner.

- Worked on Performance Improvement Project- Involved primarily on project KPIs such as Yield and Downtime reduction - Performed Value stream mapping and performed observation studies- Effectively worked and identified the pain points with respect to the Yield Improvement and implemented changes in order to improve the same

-Worked on automation of data sheets and manage data of the various suppliers on day to day basis- Developed an excel model that serves the above deliverable- Based on certain parameters, crested a dashboard to showcase the over all performance of the supplier

-Primarily involved in New Product Design and subsequently in project management
