I spearheaded the creation of a comprehensive security tracking solution platform, integrating IoTsystems, SaaS backends, cloud-hosted interfaces, smartphone apps, and hardware devices poweredby Wi-Fi, BLE, CAT-M1, Ultrasound, GPS, and IPS technologies.As a strategic leader, I guided product development, launches, and financial growth, helping this IoTstartup scale in revenue and sell over 1M units across 29 countries. My contributions includeddefining three product generations based on three granted patents and two pending patents, whileestablishing a strong multi-year trusted user base and co-branding partnerships with industry giants. Additionally, I built and led a talented 20-member product development team, ensuring the successfuldesign, development, and launch of three innovative product lines.

I developed the multi-year roadmap for IoT edge devices and SaaS platforms, driving scalability andenhancing product-market fit. By redefining three hardware sensor products, I helped to restored customer confidence and improved reliability.Collaborating across multiple departments, I built a New Product Introduction (NPI) program that cuttime-to-market for three new products. I led the charge in developing and marketing cutting-edge semiconductor technologies, forgingstrategic partnerships with industry leading semiconductor design houses and other foundries. Thesecollaborations drove multi-billion-dollar lifetime revenue and positioned company as a key player inthe global market.From concept to global launch, I spearheaded the definition and launch of advanced node semiconductor technologies, including 14nm FinFET, and achieved the company’s first multi-billion dollar LTR design win.Defining and launching the FX-14 ASIC platform for Avera Semiconductors (ASIC Division) was another proud achievement, enabling HPC and AI/ML accelerator designs.In addition to leading a large global cross-functional team to execute go-to-market strategies, Irepresented Global Foundries on industry panels and at conferences, building awareness andeducating audiences about our groundbreaking innovations and new foundry and ASIC/IP capabilities.
