• Planning, developing, and implementing a new and productive Talent Acquisition strategy for the company.• Managing Talent acquisition team in APAR India and responsible for the Delivery of the business.• Handling day to day recruitment Operations, Stakeholder Management for both Internal and External parties. • Responsible for team performance and coverage of the business. • Conducting HR round with selected candidates and closing their Salaries and initiating the process of Offer.• Designing customized and executable staffing plans while building relationships with the recruitment team and client or stakeholders.• Leading daily calls with Client Partners, gathering requirements, and assigning the same with in the team for desired result.• Closely monitoring the progress of the team Provide mentorship, guidance, and career development to members of the recruitment team • Creating recruitment strategies for the team and ensuring accurate delivery for the Client.• Create innovative sourcing strategies and ensure a high-touch candidate experience• Reporting to Global head – Delivery.• Responsible for Daily Dashboard which includes, target, forecast & actuals revenue for the month and quarter and presenting the same in Daily Governance call. • Actively assessing Team Member’s performances and recognizing the best performer through R&R programs and guiding / motivating the team member who is not doing well & ensuring the best performance out of the team member
