The programs spanned a wide variety of topics such as leadership development, personal branding, design thinking and digital savviness.- Designed live session interventions for Harappa’s corporate clients such as Bosch, CarDekho and Ensono

- Led a team of 4 which revamped Harappa’s existing online course structure and design to make them more relatable, memorable and learner-friendly- Responsible for end-to-end delivery of all online course content for Harappa’s flagship Thriversity product from curriculum design and script writing to storyboarding, conducting quality checks and course-authoring- Reviewed client requests, learner feedback and competitor courses to understand which courses to add to Harappa’s growing online library.

Analysed the state of menstruation in India with regards to popular perceptions and myths and conducted primary research for the same.Created a module on menstruation awareness to be used for conducting workshops on the same and conducted 8 workshops on menstruation awareness with men and women of various income groups.Created a video series (a first for an Indian company working in this field) which covers various aspects of menstrual cup usage as well as promoting sustainable menstruation in India.
