I am a Director/Partner in the India office of Miebach Consulting Group. I Co-lead the firm's India office and Strategy practice. In this role, I am primarily responsible for running the India Office P/L including Board update, Business development, Project delivery, Recruitment and Talent management, Branding and Intellectual data development. I have over 18+ years of experience in Asia and India. I have helped multiple firms in developing and implementing a wide range of strategies, covering a wide range of topics including India entry strategies, new business plans, post-merger integration, organizational restructuring, distribution strategies, cost reduction, working capital reduction, supply chain network design, Inventory planning etc.I have experience with multiple verticals over the 15 years in larger firms as well as start-ups such as e-commerce, fashion, retail, FMCG, 3PL, pharma etc. I maintain a strong personal interest in emerging trends of Indian consumers, demographics and its impact on business & supply chain. Hence, I actively angel invest in relevant start-ups and mentor them. I hold a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering from the Govt. College of Engineering, Shivaji University and an MBA from the NITIE, Mumbai.
