• Worked on process development for oligonucleotide synthesis on magnetic beads for single-cell mRNA capture. • Technical support to the system engineering team to manufacture; test magnetic beads reagents following company regulatory and protocol specifications.• Performed characterization tests to evaluate the performance of the reagents for single-cell assay.

• Conceptualized, designed and simulated microfluidic device with integrated microvalve using COMSOL Multiphysics for a novel Implantable medical device for Glaucoma patients. • Investigated different biocompatible materials for microvalves and their response to different pressure.• Worked alongside a highly interdisciplinary team of Eye surgeons; Materials, and MEMs Engineers.
