Career experience includes financing assignments for infra projects in Asia and Africa, and advisory assignments for US Exim Bank, The World Bank, International Finance Corporation, Asian Development Bank, USAID, UNESCAP and sovereign governments of Nepal, Bhutan, Afghanistan and Maldives. Deep understanding of, and ability to, negotiate commercial contracts and concession agreements, structure complex credit enhancement and securitisation products for infrastructure finance and advise on enhancing overall project bankability. Strong relationships with global corporations, commercial financial institutions, multilateral banks and export credit agencies. Several published works in global institutional and semi-academic journals; speaker at a number of global events on infrastructure, development finance, sustainability, clean technologies and social &economic impact.
