Accountability : Plan, develop and implement strategy for HR management and development (including recruitment and selection policy/practices, discipline, grievance, counselling, training and development, succession planning, moral and motivation, culture and attitude development, performance appraisal and quality management issues) Interaction and Liasoning with the clients (new and existing) and detailed understanding of their various requirements in order to provide optimum service. Expertise in Hiring Analytic Professionals.  Handling various Senior & Middle level positions for IT, Banking, Techno Commercial, Aviation, NGO, Engineering, Oil & Gas, Power, Telecom & Supply Chain. Evaluating the best available Resource options, like Headhunting, Mapping, Internal Database, Job Portals etc. Networking and Referencing, job sites and creating strong database for the future requirements. Handling end to end Recruitment process (Sourcing, Screening, Negotiation, Talent Acquisition , Client Coordination) Persuading & Supervising team members about JD & sourcing strategy Training & Employee Engagement –Involved in Induction, Process Training & Monitoring thereof New Joinees. Managing a Team of Consultants for Analytics/IT/BFSI/Volume Hiring & RPO.  Coordinating the entire recruitment process with the client in an efficient manner while ensuring maximum client satisfaction. Vendor Agreement & Management. Have exposure to the entire set up of different Training Wings of the Company i.e. Corporate Training/Campus Training & Recruitments/Technical Training.

Responsibilities :1) Accounting involves Premium cash and cheque receipting, Bank the cheque, Depositing premium cash, Maintaing daily cash & cheque MIS, Petty cash handling and coordinating with HO towards pending employee reimbursement, Checking and preparing vouchers, Internal Audit co ordinations, & Preparing monthly Provision of expenses. 2) Operations involves Proper Quality check of the proposal forms, HO reject solving, Policy dispatch to the customers, Maintaining MIS, Policy Stamp stock maintenance, Cover notes controls.3) Administration involves fixed assets control and monitoring, Booking Hotel/Air/Train Negotiations and sourcing good vendors, Housekeeping, Attendance monitoring, Pantry Equipments, Office consumables, Equipment Maintenance & AMC for the same.
