During her time in school and college, she excelled, holding a distinction in English honours and earning the 3rd rank in her university, topping her graduating class and receiving a scholarship for both.With a diverse experience in the field of education, research, and the corporate world, Ms. Varma has worked with big corporates like Wipro and Citibank, as well as famous educational institutes like Bluebells International, Podar International, Vibgyor Group, Narayana e-techno School, Sunglow International and Kendriya Vidyalay. Her experiences have gotten her an unparalleled exposure in school management, and what the future of education in a growing economy like India should be. Her stint with an NGO — NEEV (funded by the Azim Premji Foundation) has been her career landmark and easily the most satisfying career move ever. She was also associated with the famous ‘Teach India’ movement that gathered momentum a few years ago, teaching spoken English and grammar to underprivileged students aged between 16 and 32 to make them job-ready.As a highly focused and dedicated academician, she currently serves as the Principal of a CBSE-affiliated school.
