Was responsible for setting up the Backend Operations to support the Resourcing & Recruitment function Globally across USA , Canada , Europe and Asia Pacific. Instrumental is setting up the backend HR functions in terms of Policies, Manuals , Training , SOP's etc... Also set up the entire Logistics Function including Travel & Immigration to support the Organisation at a Global level.
