I created the business and saw it through from concept to growth and monetisation. As part of creating OOTB, I sold the concept to 30+ schools in the greater london region and taught over 3000 Chidren over 5 years. The business employs 12 local women as teachers and has its own website, stripe payments integration and customer support. In course of building the business, I acquired many entrepreneurial skills including sales, business development, marketing, managing operations and client service.

BrainINGear was my first entrepreneurial effort designed as a unique club with Fun games and Puzzles to inspire in children the love for problem-solving and logical thinking. Ran workshops that challenge children to think strategically by playing brain games that 300 children in South London benefited from over a year.
