The project is the Gazprom's Amur Gas Processing Plant - Utilities and Infrastructure + System integration packages. Follow-up of the vendor responsible for APCS (Automated Process Control Systems) and Supervisionary/Dispatching Systems (SCADA/MES): from approval with the Customer involved on a routine basis and up to the Factory acceptance tests.

The Project is an integrated natural gas liquefaction complex, consisting of theproduction, treatment, liquefaction and shipping of natural gas and stabilized condensate from theYamal Peninsula to the end consumers.Activities: - Organization and supervising of the Control System Vendor (Yokogawa) on-site activities(hardware and software); - Working with Yokogawa's CENTUM VP process control system (PCS) together with ProSafe-RS safety system (PSD, ESD, F&G); - Validating works done by the Control System Vendor in accordance with the documentation,rules, procedures. Acceptance of works; - Reviewing vendor and Contractor documentation (Cause and effect charts, Piping and Instrumentation diagrams, Wiring diagrams etc) - Support of Construction, Commissioning departments in case of technical quieries, troubleshooting etc.

Duties:1. Organization and direct participation in all phases of the Company's technical activity towardsAutomation Process Control and Building Management systems: design, installation works,commissioning and final acceptance process;2. Working with Suppliers and Customers: negotiations and meetings, agreements management;3. Supervising the preparing of technical and commercial proposals, budget planning;4. Coordinating the design-budget, engineering, supply departments and assembly area; projectand engineering departments' management (up to 20 engineers);5. Forming the technical policies, quality control of documentation, products and systems beingreleased;6. Resolving complex issues during project implementation;7. Working with English-speaking Suppliers and Customers (Ecava, Matrikon, Orica Mining Services, Scania, Unilever, Novartis, Fazer);8. Approving projects at State supervisory authority (Expertise)During my time at Atria I have reached the following results:- Over 30 successfully designed and built Process Automation systems;- Over 20 successfully designed and built Building Management systems with up to 15000 tagsmaximum capacity;Among successfully performed projects there are:- Design and further deployment of Manufacturing Execution System (MES) for tracks assemblylines of Scania factory;- Design and further installation of Monitoring system for Orica Mining Services. The system wasdeveloped for on-site and remote monitoring of the technological parameters such as tanksexplosives level at the mines of Kirovsk, Murmansk region;- Design and further installation of Building Management System for Unilever Factory;- Design and further installation of Process Automation and Building Management systemsfor Fazer factory.
