My desire to empower students to be empathetic, creative, proactive and successful learners culminated into my ventureMyNeev Innovations. It is a genesis of my expertise and learnings through the years that I have worked in education. The MyNeevprogram includes inputs from the Harvard Centre forthe Developing Child and the World Economic Forum’s guidelines.At MyNeev Innovations I have conducted workshops for students, parents and women entrepreneurs.

Creya is an innovative education and research company focused on equipping children with skills, literacy, competencies and the attitude needed to thrive in the dynamic world of the 21st Century. It is a leading STEM educator in India (www.creyalearning.com)> I am in charge of our ambitious project to reach children in government schools with our flagship offering. To achieve this I had to work to change mindsets at the top management level both with the government officials as ell as the ministers. We have successfully funded this project through CSR funding from eminent Public Sector Undertakings. We implemented the program in schools in Varanasi and Ahmadabad in the first year impacting over 5000 students. Waterford Research InstituteWaterford is a not-for-profit, research based organization in Salt Lake City, USA. Waterford Institute aims to provide every child with the finest education possible. As a research center, Waterford Institute continues to develop innovative education models, programs, and software.We had software to teach English, math and science with an objective to make them independent readers and learners. This software had a built in sequencer that allowed each student to learn at his or her own pace. We also assessed the children as they progressed. The software had songs, games and stories that kept children engaged.
