Bioceptive is a privately held women’s health company developing patent-pending novel medical devices for women worldwide.• Led the product development effort of the company that included customer and provider feedback that led to development of disruptive products. Managed various vendors and teams for product development.• Raised financing of about $4 MM which involved relationship building, negotiating and managing agreements with multiple investors. • Developed the Intellectual Property strategy and portfolio of the company. o Bioceptive has four international patents pending; two of the patents have been granted. o Bioceptive has a trademark of “Bioceptive” issued by USPTO.• Oversaw the regulatory FDA 510(k) clearance and regulatory strategy development.
