Do analysis according to operation cycle (Sales, purchase, HR etc..) and draft the report.Manage several audit projects including arrangement, communication with clients, supervise senior auditors to in charge of team, review and write PRC/Group report or memoranda. Major projects: - Assist a global lens company to acquire the lens manufactories in China. Main analysis included EBIT analysis such as revenue growth driver and growth rate estimation, production cost, profitability, normalized the real operation cost etc. - Assist a French leading PE to invest in well-known testing companies in China. Understand different type of revenue by testing business to understand the revenue was happened and booking correct, also analyze revenue growth driver. Review the forecast of the companies and communicate with the Target and acquirer. Propose pro forma adjustments to historical earnings to reflect real financial position and also proposed normalize adjustment to reflect the normal earning and cost for operation.- Assist a global leading IT service company to invest in a IT outsourcing company in China that with poor financial conditions. We helped to reform qualified financial data to reflect real business performance and standardize the company's internal financial treatment and reporting system. We also normalized the accounting data for the Target’s operation under the acquirer’s coordinate. - Manage PRC and group audit for French groups. Understand the clients’ major events or audit issues, review the analysis of the accounting data to know the clients’ business operation. Delivery group memo to group audit or clients and answer any question for the memo. Coordinate annual PRC audit, review the audit reports and delivery to clients.
