Achievements: * Build self-initated, self-organized, cross functional team, promote collaboration. * Scrum master and developer of a few printing languages, e.g. DPL, IPL2, etc. Coaching cross functional team 6 to deliver the project within 6months cycle. * Scrum master and developer of Honeywell industrial printer, PM45. Coaching a cross functional team of 10 professionals to meet project deadlines and fulfill pre-orders of 1800 printers. Generating revenue of nearly USD 2 million from the initial order. * Scrum master and developer of Honeywell mobile printer, RP2f & RP4f. Coaching a cross functional team of 10 to 16 people involving 4 geographically dispersed development teams and production line in Suzhou, China. Deliver the project in a very short 6 months development cycle, despite the challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic, including lockdowns, component shortages, and numerous changes.

Responsibilities: * Involved in feasibility, production specifications, design specifications, and successful implementation of the designs. * Played a key role in obtaining WiFi Alliance Certification, ensuring seamless wireless connectivity for Honeywell printer products. * Support compliance tests to ensure adherence to industry standards and regulations. * Proactively supported customers, resolving technical issues, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Achievements: * Completed a few product development life cycles for a range of thermal barcode printers.
