Responsibilities: Engaging with Hospital Raja Permaisuri Bainun, Ipoh’s tender security project. Assisting in daily operation by producing data leave and offences records. Coordinate and planning of whole off –days for staffs (security guards). Working together with superior (Operation Manager and Human Resources Executive) in collecting medical certificate and related documents upon staffs.

Responsibilities: Transcribe / type letters, medical reports, medical checkup reports, angiography reports,and any other typing jobs as dictated/hand-written by the consultants and medical officers. Responsible tokeep soft copies of the letters and reports typed in the computer hard disk with backup in thumb drives orother appropriate media. To ensure all completed reports are signed by the doctor accordingly without anydelay. Ensure confidentiality of the information contained in the letters / reports typed and in the medicalrecords of the patients

Responsibilities: Responding to customer and shipper inquiries related to shipment. Responsible inshipments accounts and produce reports (pre, post alert of deliveries). Working independently towards timeconstraints. Coordinates and planning for day to day service and assisting in each delivery made

Engaged in National Cancer Patient Registry (NCPR) as Research Officer, responsible tocollect and manage data collection on chemotherapy and related pharmaceutical data. Assisted in datamanagement of whole registry, involved in research study on pharmaceutical data. Helps in maintainingpatient confidentiality in collecting data, works in timely manner while translating related data intostructured coding.
