-Monitor and oversee both outgoing and incoming shipping activities to make sure that everything that is received or shipped out is in perfect condition-Utilize invention tools and systems for tracking,analyzing,auditing and reporting-Established various reports to ensure GRN closure which increased work efficiency by 80%-Co-ordinate with all stake holders for revers logistics from stores after end of season etc.to ensure correct inventory update.-Responsible for inter branch transfer in show rooms and also transfer from warehouse-Utilize SAP to prepare and maintain records and reports of inventories ,price lists,shortages,shipments expenditures-Confirming goods in transit for LPO's after getting proper invoice from brand with correct quantity and values
