Roi's journey began in 1976, graduating from the Naval Academy at 21, where he served as a PT commander for four years. While studying Architecture, he skippered private mega yachts in the South of France, Central Italy, and Moscow.In 2008, he moved to London, balancing his business with completing an EMBA at CASS Business School. By 2011, he relocated to Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, with his wife and two young children, embracing the fast-growing Southeast Asian market.In September 2018, drawing on his extensive experience, Roi founded Yedda.ai. The company now employs over 240 talented individuals and has grown organically without external investments.In 2020, Roi and his family moved to Mui Ne, Vietnam. The global pandemic allowed for reflection and refinement, leading to further growth and success for Yedda.ai.After 11 enriching years in APAC, Roi, with deep gratitude for the hospitality of Vietnam and Thailand, moved to Europe in late 2022. To support Yedda.ai’s expansion into Brazil and Mexico, they chose Portugal as their new home, where they received a warm welcome from the Portuguese community.With over two decades of business experience, Roi has experienced both failure and success. He is passionate about sports, particularly Kung Fu, Tennis, Surfing, and Sailing. As an ex-navy man with significant time spent on the water, Roi believes in setting a course in life or business and adjusting as needed along the way.
