- Track bank account transactions from bank statements provided, Bank reconciliation- Process sales invoices, receipts and payments on Microsoft Excel - Incorporated the above into Xero to now use as primary system - Prepare cash flow statements, indicating late rent payments- Liaise with the Director & Accountant for preparation of annual accounts- Carry out further financial analysis as requested by Director- Submitting regular reports to Director- Handling of Petty Cash and distributing to internal contractors- Managing payments using company card for daily business transactions- Monthly reporting of Cash & Card usage to the Director- Credit control duties including payments to suppliers and outstanding payments due- Reconciling all transactions using Xero- Monthly manage payments for Council Tax for 300+ properties- Ad Hoc tasks/investigations at the request of the Director

- Credit cards and petty cash reconciliation- Assisting in preparation of monthly management reports and record month end journals/provisions for accurate profitability analysis- Produce an analysis of sales by store and prepare weekly sales trend reports and charts for the Managing Director- Reconcile suppliers including utility bills, rates including invoicing from the franchisor.- Carry out general book-keeping and administrative work- Evaluate financial information for management purposes- Support Director in managing the growth of the business and provide timely reporting- Assisting with daily invoices an the preparation of transfer from Excel to Sage- Assisting in managing labour hours worked in 11 stores and generating reports using Bizimply to report to the Director
