Enabled data driven decision-making to help retain and empower Crisis Counselors and optimize the percent of texters we connect in under 5 minutes. - Strategized, developed, and executed an internal dashboarding/data visualization strategy using SQL and Python. - Developed a pipeline (Python and Apache Airflow) to extract and visualize distinct words appearing in daily texter conversations to inform media stories.- Ideated, managed, and evaluated the statistical significance of 40+ A/B experiments aimed at validating products and interventions to increase counselor activity and performance. - Authored 100+ newsletters that included data insights such as conversation trends & effective counseling techniques.
