During the four years that I spent at Ernst & Young in Direct Taxation, I worked in a fast paced, results oriented environment where I gained practical experience to build on my accounting knowledge acquired while completing my business undergraduate education. My role in handling multiple responsibilities for Fortune 500 companies helped me hone my people management and time management skills; rewarded with an ahead-of-track promotion.With an aim to have a positive impact on the society, I moved into a managerial role at a non-profit organization where I lead a team of finance and accounting professionals.Currently, I am working as a finance manager at a manufacturing company responsible for overseeing a INR 250 Mn turnover enterprise.Outside work, I am interested in different activities - practicing bouldering, learning Spanish language, keeping fit and researching native Kashmiri cuisines to cook!
