• Obtaining vendor invoices from the company's accounting email on a daily basis• Maintaining Accounts Payable and Accounts receivable in “Excel” as well as in “QuickBooks Online” by recording Invoices & Bills• Ensure timely payments of invoices to avail discounts by daily monitoring due days and credit terms.• Reconciling accounts payable with the SOA sent by vendors.• Obtaining and following up on all documentation required to process transactions (i.e., Billing & Payment)• Prepare and ensure timely arrangements for CTM (Cash to Master) of Vessel with their desired denomination.• Preparing various management reports for decision making purposes. • Credit card reconciliation by segregation of company's expenses and personal expenses of credit card holders• Reconciling company's bookkeeping ledgers with the bank statement• Preparing rebates for the clients and commissions for rainmakers quarterly
