Sales Responsibilities:• Responsible for full cycle of Sales recruitment from start to end recruitment.• Marketing Bench Resumes of Various Technologies like Java, Business Analyst, Sap MM/EWM/PP and more.• Involved in marketing profiles of W2, C2C.• Posting Resume of the Bench Consultants in all Job Portals like Dice, Career Builder, Job flocks ,Monster etc.,• Sourcing and applying on Portals to get requirements for our Consultants. • Filling up the Log sheets & Client Interview Log sheets by the Consultants at the end of the day on Daily Basis.Recruiting Responsibilities:• Possess knowledge of sales and recruiting processes including sourcing, interviewing, reference checking, tracking, salary negotiations, and closing.• Handled all the IT Technologies involving combination of complex skill sets and rare technologies• Dealt with H1B, OPT, GC and Citizens. • Good knowledge in US tax terms and benefits – W2 and C2C.• Negotiated the pay rates for Contract and Contract to hire basis positions.• Understood the clients requirements, coordinating for short listing and screening including preliminary interview of the candidates• Coordinated, Scheduled & Conducted Interviews.• Expertise in using job portals like Dice, Monster, TechFetch and Career Builder.• Kept Track of Responses & Short listing Profiles.
