The company used to work on an OFFSHORE model. Our US offices used to take care of Software Sales, Marketing & Support while the offshore offices used to manage the software development efforts in Pakistan. As Director Development, I was looking after the Pakistan offices & managing a team of professionals.

Co-founded the company with the aim to provide quality Business software for the local market. Managed development of flag ship software UBIS (Ultimate Business Infomation System). Besides this developed various business applications and had over 100 clients countrywide.
