At DXC Technology, I take on the role of Desktop Support Engineer for Sunway Medical Centre, there i take care of the server and user login, create for eAccess for new staff, and keeping desktop laptop running smoothly, troubleshoot and resolve application issues reported by user, backup data and deployment for new laptop for user, take care quebee and bedboard work normal, at the same time we provide the helpdesk support.

Plus, I take care of the nitty-gritty with IM30 devices, IPC ACG, and TVM. And I cover all stations across Selangor, developed and maintained code for KTMB websites.

I underwent an internship at AI (AIRSTAR INFOTECH) as a web and mobile app programmer. During my time there, I was tasked with updating and enhancing applications for internal use.
