Shukurat is a student of accounting with great passion for finance. She is a senior analyst in the investment banking division of The investment society of her school(University of Ilorin) and she is also the General secretary of the society.She is a chartered accountant with 2 awards,third overall best in her second stage and overall best in financial reporting in her fourth stage. She is an aspiring consultant,graduate of McKinsey forward program. She learnt diverse skills from the forward program(problem solving,adaptation and resilience,good communication and digital skills). Shukurat represented her school (University of Ilorin) for the 2024 equity research challenge where her team emerged one of the top 10 schools. She learnt myriad of skills from the competition, team working skills,ability to work under pressure,improved her presentation and communication skills. She is the human resource manager of Prudential Analyst team,headed by Lawal Rasheed Oluwafemi,where she recruits career driven minds,groom their selves to become top Analysts. Shukurat is currently the Director of studies of an Ican tutorial center where she directs the flow of works,gives support to myriad of students and also offers mentorship for the students. She is currently one of the research team that works with the presidential committee on fiscal tax reform in her country (Nigeria). This is helping her improve her research skills.
