Key Responsibilities:•Hire the personnel for the company.•Execute photo shoots for advertising photo studio. •Generate estimates, create and manage budgets, and reconcile invoices for entire issue.•Research and book all photographers for lifestyle, fashion, still life, accessories, and home according to the clients needs. •Scout, negotiate rates and secure locations for all travel shoots, both locally and internationally. •Research and hire freelance stylists including hair, makeup, prop, food, and wardrobe.•Coordinate all travel, lodging, and production on location shoots, including insurance and permits.•Scout and cast models and real people for fashion, beauty, lifestyle, animals & health/wellness stories.•Liaison between photographers and stylists regarding model choices, hair, makeup, and manicurists for all publications.•Create and manage call sheets for all photo shoots •Participate in all concept and design meetings for story development.

Key Responsibilities:•Provide the amount of work for studio (nominal and optimal). Responsibility for the profitability trend. •Statement of the working tasks (for the working group and help the client in his/her), translating general objectives into concrete steps of production of the product, control and monitoring of process execution. •Formation of the working group. Determination of the area of ​​responsibility and financial reward participants. •Communication with customers (development solutions, options, presentation of work stages and the final product). •Promotion of services to the studio on the local and international market, the promotion of strategic development studio.
