I am experienced in acquisitions & disposals, joint ventures, and corporate restructurings. I work on sell and buy side, and represent domestic and international Clients. Speaking of my Clients, they include DP World, Subway, EnergoGroup, Phase One Karma, LafargeHolcim, Ecosoft Group, Klimasan, NBT, and Morgan Furniture. I have worked on some of the largest Ukrainian M&A deals in the recent years, such as US$700 mln sale of EnergoGroup’s coal business to Metinvest B.V. and certain other buyers, and acquisition by DP World of a controlling stake in TIS Container Terminal.I also do finance deals, with a focus on cross-border loans, debt restructurings, and innovative financial solutions (neobanks, FinTech, RegTech, blockchain and AI-based technologies, etc.). I have done a good many of trade finance transactions with the Clients representing conventional banking & finance industry. At the same time, I love helping groundbreaking Fintech companies implement their audacious business ideas.
