1.As the assistant of General Manager as well as Customer service center Manager, my major task is as below. And due to the excellent performance, I was nominated as the winner of 2015 Star Award in admin network(20/60 in whole company) 1.1 Supporting the admin work for the general Manager such as hotel and flight reservation, reimbursement, town hall meeting preparation and organization chart updated and review as well as some translation work. 1.2 Sustaining the whole customer service center admin work, including order stationary monthly, reserve room and distribute festival gift, assist new employee orientation. Assisting organize and plan our formal activity – CSR day, host the Core Value training and drill evacuation as company requested. 1.3 Strictly execute the DPTS copy process especially the approval authorization and put an end to no approval to seal. Responsible for the DPTS registration address renting fee and DPT GDS membership fee. 2.As the contract administration in Import/Export team member, responsible for: 2.1 Deal with forwarder Payment average 250 tickets weekly and find out mistakes in 100 tickets so far. 2.2 Distinguish inter-company and 3rd party customer declaration and send to kunshan finance weekly. Get support from IE CSR and well go through and execute the new customer declaration process from Jul 27th 2015, thus increasing the working efficiency both our IE team and finance service center.3.As the member of DuPont Woman Network, in charge of the special day (Woman’s day, Mother’s day, Children’s day) gift distribution and Pre-school kids and primary school kids one day activities. Due to the outstanding performance, have gained good reputation among the staff and union leaders as well as the 2015 union outstanding contribution award.

1.Being responsible for East and Central sales data supporting, including summary for sales weekly report, monthly report and COT report and key project updated bi-weekly. Calculating equipment input output ratio by jobber and checking SIC calculation quarterly.2.Dealing with sales business related application, such as equipment investment, MC material, free sample, goods return, rebate, champion point; Creating new jobber sap ID and vendor code; Applying payment request for group customer service fee.3.Preparing three jobber meeting(east/central/southwest) in a month, attendee almost 60 people each meeting, including choose venue and date, confirm agenda and speaker, invite jobber attendee, organize outing and dinner, etc. Finally getting the recognition of territory sales manager and guests.4.Managing sales documents archives, including prepare the contract and preserve it. Preparing over 100 jobber contracts in a week and send to jobber accordingly.5.Supporting all sales’ (50 people) daily admin work, for example, check sales team TER, New employee on-boarding preparation, meeting room reservation, welfare card and MC material distribution.

1.Supporting DuPont New College Graduate program for three times, including university promotion, collecting student resumes, arranging interview schedules (nearly 200 people). 2.Preparing new employee orientation training seven times, summarizing the training process.3.Assisting the recruitment of more than 30 internship positions, requisition types cover human resources, R&D, finance, marketing, etc., about 15 people on-boarding successfully. Independently interviewing 50 candidates in a week and screening out half of students.
