- Work closely with the CEO to organize the STEM ASEAN Scholar Cup for Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnams' primary and secondary students.- Work closely with stakeholders to plan, evaluate, and implement the Learning Management System (LMS) for primary and secondary schools.- Work closely with the Operation Manager to recruit, interview, select, hire and employ appropriate employees.- Plan, evaluate, and improve the efficiency of business processes and contents to enhance the speed, quality, efficiency, and output.- Lead employees to meet the organization's expectations for productivity, quality, continuous improvement, and goal accomplishment.

Collaborate with both Malaysia KL Team and UK Middlesbrough Team to work on Rust Console Edition.
