Duties include:• Monitoring & maintenance of DRC equipment such as Servers, Routers, Switches, 3PAR storage systems, UPSs, Generators, Precision & other ACs, Desktop PCs, CCTVs, Access controllers, Fire controlling system including identification & solution of problems & issues within my scope locally or remotely cooperated with NOC team at Data Center, Dhaka and other experts in own company or third parties involved in the project.• Replacement of faulty hard discs & other parts, units or modules of servers & networking devices such as routers, firewalls etc.• Replacement of faulty physical discs, controllers & other parts, units or modules of HP 3PARs cooperated by the Dhaka DC NOC engineers remotely.• Helping DC NOC engineers in remote access of the devices, capable of IP assignment, link check etc.• Daily reporting of DRC status, 24/7 Roster management, DRC staff management & other administrative duties, training of newly appointed engineers etc.• Handling disasters in DRC due to storm, power failure or any other reason by maintaining balance in power distribution among UPSs, generators & ACs to avoid system shutdown.• Troubleshooting of Desktop PCs, installation of Windows & other software.
