  Working in a transit operations team comprises of operator, supervisors and managers in order to coordinate the mass transit systems throughout Los Angeles County. This role requires effectively utilizing communication skills in order to report safety hazards, as well as provide customer service without violating applicable rules, laws and regulations. Training in reporting and preventing sexual-harassment, discriminatory practices, unconscious bias, and human trafficking. Extensive training of applicable ADA laws and in monitoring for safety concerns and terroristic threats throughout Los Angeles county.
