Software Support Specialist
Current- Utilize ServiceNow to create, track, troubleshoot, and resolve incident tickets
- Determine issues related to billing, training, user workflow, hardware, or software
- Remotely connect to the user's computer utilizing Bomgar to assist solve issues for end-user
- Respond to emails and technical support requests efficiently and effectively
- Serve as super user for one or more aspects of the EMR System including functionality, usage, and configuration
- Perform training sessions with end-users as needed
