Billing:• Generating monthly invoices and emailing to customer.• Capturing and allocating payments to customer accounts.• Reconciling the debtors bank account in ZAR, EUR, GBP and USD.• Generating and sending monthly statements through to customers. •Processing write-off, transfer, Matter closures, combinations and time splitsContract Management:• Managing contract escalations, including pricing and any contract changes required.• Ensuring data integrity, information accuracy and the overall validity of contracts.• Ensuring adherence to pricing structures, contract lengths and terms.Debt Collection:• Contacting customers with regards to outstanding payments.• Handing over accounts to the online debt collection agency when required. • Following up on bad debt and disconnect when not paid.Data Administration (Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)):• Capturing customer information in 3E, ensuring data integrity.• Ensuring that all prices reflect correctly on the system.• Creating and maintaining price codes, service products, stock, rep allocations and brands.• Providing training to new staff members on the system. • Providing budget input.• Project management.Creditors:• Ordering stock, confirming process, ensure shipping at correct prices• Checking monthly statements for suppliers and couriers.• Creditor requisitions and reconciliations.
