I served in the insurance sector for 16 years, protecting families from going into financial hardship. Through active listening and the art of delivering solutions in plain English to clients, it allows them to be in a better position to make a decision. I then move up to more advanced financial planning through the use of estate planning knowledge I gained over the years. I am constantly upskilling myself to stay relevant to grow in my knowledge to better serve my clients.I then moved on to banking sector to improve Customer's wellbeing through various investment products and leveraging facilities.I am stubborn in a way when I start something, I go all the way to achieving it. I will never stop until I achieve it. From a small thought during my 1st trip to Japan in 2019, "How nice it would be to be able to speak and understand Japanese". Since back from the trip, I started learning Japanese and had achieved my N3 Level Japanese Language Proficiency Test in July 2023 on my 1st attempt. My eventual goal is to work in a firm with exposure in Japan, hoping to one day be able to permanently relocate to Japan.Connect with me and let's have a conversation.
