• Digitas is a global, data-driven digital agency with 40 offices across 25 countries. As the Associate UX Lead in Hong Kong, my responsibility is to ensure the design solutions we provide are grounded by insights.
• Managed Senior and Junior UX architects across different projects to provide design solutions for clients in their web platform redesign, mobile applications and campaigns.
• Co-led pitches for new clients and presented work to executive level stakeholders to showcase the digital capabilities of DigitasLBi.
• Ran cross-disciplinary knowledge sessions to ensure design best practices and knowledge are shared among the agency and the value of customer centric design is understood.

• As the Senior UX Architect in Hong Kong, my main responsibility was to help our clients redesign their web platform experience based on their business objectives and the pain points/needs of their customers.
• Worked together with our clients to propose forward-thinking redesigns for two of their business cases, both of which were successfully signed off.
• Identified client/customer needs and iterated on our designs through prototyping and user testing to provide our clients with a robust solution.
• Ran in-person & remote usability testing with end users during the discovery phase to gain insights and after our initial design phase with working prototypes to re-evaluate our design.

• Co-Founded Young Guys Finance to re-envision the learning experience of young Canadians in the area of personal finance. Motivated the team to design and iterate on our content/service following a user-centered design.
• Promoted a user-centric approach when designing our online content to differentiate our offerings from the resources currently on the market.
• Simplified complex personal finance concepts into short, engaging videos that had received outstanding feedback from the community.
• Featured in Global BC, Vancity Buzz, Business in Vancouver, The Peak, Simon Fraser University and many other media outlets.
• Nominated in 3 categories at the 2015 Small Business BC Award (Best Emerging Entrepreneur, Best Concept, Premier's People's Choice).
• Gave back to the community by hosting free seminars at local college.

• Vidigami offers a private photo management platform for independent schools across North America. As the UX Designer for all their digital experiences, I translated high-level requirements into design concepts.
• Designed the information architecture and core features of Vidigami's web and mobile experience to increase the value of our service through a user-centric approach.
• Launched our e-commerce solution (custom user checkout and payment flow) along with our web-based, custom-photo-product builder to enhance Vidigami's offer for different customer segments.
• Increased the activation rate of user by improving the onboarding and activation flow to boost the total activated user base of Vidigami to over 12,000 users across North America.
• Promoted better shared-understanding among our product team by producing component/layout guidelines, interactive Axure prototype, user personas and product documentations.
• Grew with Vidigami as a founding team member to where Vidigami became one of the top startups in B.C. (Top 10 in the BCIC-New Ventures Competition).

• Managed a team of over 20 staff alongside other directors and department managers to promote the Asian entertainment industry in North America. Developed business strategies to increase online presence/brand awareness.
• Grew AX3 Multimedia to over 20 staff and assembled/coordinated project teams to ensure the proper execution of projects.
• Grew online magazine to be a leading platform in North America for Asian Entertainment topics with over 1.9 million page views.
• Planned, managed and produced over 100 celebrity interviews, event coverage and documentary videos.
• Co-hosted 4 concerts, managing the logistics and promotional aspect of the concerts.
• Launched CHARGED Magazine, a monthly publication on Asian Lifestyle and Entertainment.
