1. Vehicle Project Engineering Management, including technical proposal management, development plan, project cost, progress and risks management with cross-function teams. 2. Quality Process system construction for R&D. 3. Vehicle parts development regulations and certificates, such as 3C, e-mark, CE, UKCA, etc... 4. Pilot Vehicle Project development for CN, EU,ASEAN markets and fulfill Project delivery requirements of gateway and milestone. 5. Pilot R&D to develop Chip warranty proposals and establish official process for chip warranty.

1.Project management :Pilot the component development of engine from RFQ with PLM system and ensure the localization program.2.Supplier management: Lead the supplier management relationship for category A parts，from supplier assessment until final product/process acceptance.3.Quality management: Ensure the quality of deliverables required by the project in term of QCDP & APQP and guarantee the respect of technical core skills policy.4.Technical support: Technical support from development status to after sale，work with JV and technical centers.

1. Responsible for Manufacturing process & Vacuum furnace maintain & Vacuum brazing process development; 2. Design tooling and workstation; 3. Formulate workflow and work instruction on line; 4. Product Failure analysis, brazing failure analysis, 8D, FMEA, control plan; 5. Pilot VW/SGM/BAIC/Damiler oil cooler programs, fulfill the delivery requirements of customer and project team.
