I take each experience as an opportunity to discover the internal motivation of my learners and encourage them to strive for success.I have created multiple bespoke lesson plans and training for a variety of learners including colleagues, management, school classes and community groups with a focus on positive learning objectives and the obtainment of transferable skills.I have a passion for education and plan to continue to creating effective and memorable learning experiences.
