Reporting to the RF President, the VP Sponsored Programs & Regulatory Affairs is a member of the RF senior leadership team and is responsible for sponsored program administration initiatives and research administration regulatory compliance issues across the enterprise. Oversees a sponsored programs team of 16 providing support and services provided directly to 23 SUNY campuses. The VP works closely with the Associate Director, Sponsored Program Services, for management of the SPS and as a member of the Research Foundation Leadership Team, inform decisions on critical regulatory and sponsored program issues and develop sponsored program policy, and strategic direction for SPS. The Director will represent the Research Foundation to federal and state agencies in matters relating to sponsored programs administration and compliance. Acts as contracts manager for several campuses as needed.
Associate In-House Counsel/Senior Associate Counsel
Reporting to the General Counsel and Secretary, responsible for corporate, business transactions, and employee relations legal matters arising out of the Foundation’s sponsored programs, innovation and partnerships activity, and corporate functions.
