• I developed and implemented the first Finance Policy and Procedure manual utilized by over 1,000 staff members across 25 subsidiaries
• I prepared an Audit and Accounting Procedure manual to increase efficiency in the preparation for external audits and timely completions by about 30 accountants.
• I completed the 1st statutory audit of holding company and subsidiaries
• I was the hiring manager for finance and I also trained and supervised staff across the group
• I transferred financial reporting period of the group from June to December in 2007/2008
