Grew Finance team in this rapidly growing entrepreneurial tech business which grew from 30 to 200 staff in 18 months leading up to a successful IPO on NASDAQ and EASDAQ, navigating successfully through massive process and cultural change. My role encompassed: •Overall responsibility for Group Financial & Management reporting, including annual and quarterly statutory audits, budgeting, planning and forecasting under US GAAP (SOP 97-2), and other technical issues affecting the Group •Liaise with all external bodies, including auditors, tax advisors, banks and shareholders on Group related and ad hoc matters such as legal and commercial Group structure•Work closely with VP’s of Finance for USA and EMEA, to ensure Group reporting requirements are adhered to under US and local GAAP •Close liaison with Sales and Legal; Commercial functions to ensure customer contracts standardised and correctly structured for revenue recognition purposes under US GAAP
