Player Welfare: - Prioritise the welfare of young players, creating a positive and supportive environment that encourages personal growth and mental well-being.- Supervise all players and coaches during training sessions & games. - Ensure safeguarding procedures are in places and all players know how/who/where to access these. Scouting Network: - Establish and maintain strong relationships with local schools, grassroots & academy clubs, and football organisations to enhance the club's scouting network and talent identification efforts.- Be responsible for the recruitment of new players on an annual basis.- Attend EFL exit trials for U16’s & u18’sPlayer Pathway: - Collaborate with the first-team coaching staff to facilitate the transition of academy graduates into the senior squad, monitoring their progress and supporting their integration.- Work closely with KHFC First Team and Under 23 Management to progress KHFC Academy players and develop the KHFC Playing Philosophy. - Work with local clubs from step 3-5 to send out players ‘on loan’ to get higher level experience or to find players a club at the end of their KHFC journey.

I began The Albion Foundation as a volunteer whilst at University, completing 200 hours of practice followed by deep reflection. Upon completion of my placement I started working as a casual, leading more sessions and having more responsibilities. Finally, 6 months after starting as a student on a placement I secure a full-time job with The Foundation.My new role as a Community Coach for The Albion Foundation will see me take charge of the recruitment of players to our Soccer Centres around Worcestershire. As well as this I work in a variety of schools with roles that range from delivering dance/football/badminton etc. to 4 year groups as part of their PE curriculum to delivering an after school multi-skills session. On top of this I lead sessions during Player Development Centres, holiday camps and ambassadors courses that drive children to develop key personal lifelong skills.

During my summer role as activity leader, I worked as part of team with the other 6 activity leaders, together we planned, organised and delivered different activities, games, sports and arts 5 days a week surrounding a certain theme which changed each week. We were responsible for all the children and required the use of creativity and initiative as we could get 1 or 100 children turn up for a session.
