● Works as a system analyst with key personnel to help define user needs and develop data processing solutions. ● Works with stakeholder & IT to analyze, design, construct and implement small applications in support of regular business operations; documents applications and provides cross-functional training as needed. ● Ensure that the scheduling function is providing optimal forecasting, scheduling and identifying new methods, strategies and opportunities.● Mapping business data according to class, flight, sector in the Oracle JDE system in order to determine materials requirements necessary for efficient flight operation and production process.● Ensure that the real-time management team is providing the appropriate real-time oversight and takes appropriate action to meet service level goals and maximize efficiency.● Analyze historical call trends by source, handle time, and root cause to identify operational opportunities and pro-actively communicate this information to leadership while implementing appropriate action plans● Review allocation of aircrafts and requirements for special meals in Amadeus and updates daily booking list to ensure accurate and up to date information is captured in the Oracle JDE system.

● Generate, automate and produce operational reports and management information, adhering to defined templates and ensuring compliance with information security protocols.● Ability to prepare, consolidate, validate, analyze & audit data and generate reports. ● Maintenance of inventory in a systematic manner across all locations.● Inventory management in a highly process driven environment.● Proper verification of inwards & outwards regularly.● Ensure Improvement on Inventory Accuracy.● Prepare daily / weekly / monthly consumption & stock reports.● To resolve compliance of audit reports and other departmental queries.● Co-ordination with courier / vendors / suppliers regarding stock inward / payments / any issues etc.

● Monitoring on time procurement, repair, exchange and delivery of spare parts, fuel, tools, equipment’s and consumable materials using the company's ERP system.● Collect competitive price from suppliers & prepare comparative statement for management decision and negotiate price from the vendors as per requirements.● Prepare and maintain procurement files; i.e.: RFQ, comparative statement, purchase order, GRN, and price lists etc.● Ensure goods quality as per purchase order and requirement in time of delivery.● Ensure conformance to procurement processes and use best endeavors to meet reasonable user delivery requirements.● Drafting various official letters, reports, commercial correspondence & other communication.● Manufacturer & suppliers communication for procurement.● Work with management team to develops system processes to launch new ideas for department.● Maintain Inventory Management system, file record, information and maintain a system of record keeping so that management can retrieve for decision making.● Drive adoption of consistent procurement best practices across the organization and try to shortening the time to buy goods and services.
